Engage
We begin by working with local authorities and transport bodies to understand the local mobility opportunity. This involves understanding transport priorities, identifying areas of potential interest, and exploring whether autonomous passenger services could complement existing transport provision.
Early engagement is non-committal for both parties. The purpose is to share information, explore possibilities and build understanding before any formal commitment.
Assess
We analyse passenger demand, road suitability, operating zones, infrastructure requirements and commercial viability. This detailed assessment identifies whether a location has the characteristics needed for a successful autonomous mobility deployment.
Assessment considers population density, commuter patterns, tourism flows, rail connectivity, road network complexity, depot availability and local regulatory readiness.
Approve
We work through the required vehicle approval, passenger-service licensing and local authority consent processes. All regulatory requirements must be satisfied before any deployment proceeds.
This includes vehicle type approval, automated passenger service authorisation, insurance arrangements, data protection compliance and local authority operating agreements.
Pilot
We launch a carefully controlled initial fleet within an agreed operational area. The pilot phase is designed to generate real-world operating data, test passenger experience and build evidence for future expansion.
Pilot fleets typically begin with 10–30 vehicles operating in a defined zone with agreed hours, monitoring protocols and incident procedures.
Scale
We expand vehicle numbers and operating zones based on safety performance, passenger demand and real-world operational evidence. Scaling only proceeds after agreed performance thresholds have been met.
Scale decisions are data-driven and agreed with local authority partners. Expansion may include extending operating hours, enlarging the service zone, or deploying additional vehicle types.
